AMD CATALYST in WINDOWS 10

After installation Windows 10 Technical Preview all drivers installed automatically. But AMD driver has one bad feature – it’s set on scaling ( picture not in full screen). To treat it y must turn off scaning in AMD (Radeon) Catalyst Control Center, which did’nt instaled. You can see error after launching last version of installator  (amd-catalyst-14-9-win7-win8.1-64bit-dd-ccc-whql.exe)

This error treating by changing in system locale

   By right mouse click choose Control Panel

 In Control Panel searching for Language and click it

 In opened window choose Change the date time or number format from left

 Will be open window Region, then tab Administrative and push Change system locale

In window Region Settings choose your region, click OK and restart your computer

After restarting, setting file of AMD drivers (includ AMD Catalyst Control Center) must run without mistakes:

But video and audio drivers didn’t installed.

AMD CAtalyst Control Center was installed and working perfect. For changing scaling go in AMD CAtalyst Control Center, open list My digital Flat-Panels from left,choose Scaling Options (Digital Flat-Panels) and set value 0% on scale from the right.
